My name is Mary James. I have over 35 years experience in Accounting, IT and Office Administration. I have worked with CPAs, construction firms and sub-contractors, retail businesses, non-profits, government offices and hospitals.
I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor for both the desktop and online versions of QuickBooks and have worked with QuickBooks software for over 25 years. As a Certified ProAdvisor I have set-up QuickBooks software as the accounting software for many different types of businesses, helping them to establish good work flow systems and training their office staff in the use of QuickBooks. I've even successfully taught bookkeeping to inexperienced staff members. I am known for my ability to find and fix problems in my clients accounting systems and QuickBooks data.
I also offer accounting & bookkeeping services. I specialize in job cost accounting for construction firms, managing cost and invoicing customers and have worked to help a number of my clients get back on a stable financial track.
I have helped many of my clients successfully switch from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. I am experienced in assisting clients remotely with both QuickBooks and accounting issues.
